Best waterproof warm jackets under £100

I'm looking for a warm, waterproof jacket for winter walks - not full on hiking. Not a full length coat, but something that covers the hips. Preferably something colourful rather than black, grey, etc. Any suggestions?

Lands End are good for wide selection of jackets that are warm and keep the water out. I've always bought their squall jackets for outdoor walking. Good selection of colours usually.
