Wide wellies with dog print?

For her birthday my friend has asked for Wellies in a dog print for wide calves (45cm+)

I can't find any. Does anyone know where I can find some?

I've done nothing but google! The size guide on joules is max 41cm for her shoe size (8). She needs 45cm+.
