Eye Cream for older, wrinkly peepers

Hello beauties! Your previous S&B recommendations have been amazing so hoping you can help again please....

I'm after the ultimate eye cream (balm, lotion etc). I've been using Clarins Super Restorative Total Eye Concentrate which has worked well (or felt 'good' IYKWIM).

BUT it's a lot of ££ and I'm sure there must be a cheaper alternative. I've got crows/laughter lines but they're not terrible, just need softening and hydrating.

I'm 48 and look my age, which I don't mind - I just don't like it when the lines look 'dry'. One side - the one I sleep on - is worse. Trying hard to sleep on my back Grin

The Clarins stuff definitely made the lines softer and more hydrated on application, I just need to save a bit of money (it's nearly £60).

Thanks Smile

I'm not a huge advocate for a separate eye cream but that said I do rate Clinique Moisture Surge Eye - I think around £30?

I've been using Simple soothing eye balm and it's as good as any other I've used and way cheaper

Get a silk pillowcase - £20 from Amazon. You won't regret it.

I used to be an avid user of the same Clarins eye cream, for years, but got fed up with the price of it so tried a few as replacements.
For the past year I’ve been using L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Pro Retinol Anti Wrinkle Eye Cream & to be honest found it just as good at a fraction of the price. And, unlike Clarins stuff, it’s often on offer. I recently stocked up when Tesco were selling it for £6 a pot
L’Oreal

Thanks so much - @Darklane - are you as pleased with it as the Clarins? It's one I've not tried, but I've been really impressed with some of their other products. Clarins just gets too costly!

Put vaseline on after the eye cream just before bed . It just keeps the eye cream in place and let's it do its stuff .

The Olay retinol one in the blue pot is really nice. Wait until you see it on offer though.
