Shampoo soap bars- recommendations?

Anyone recommend one?

I am peri menopausal if that helps!

Rather use this than plastic packaging, preferably free from nasties.

Rush Organics are definitely the best I've found. I like the Rose one and alternate it with the Zinziber /Ginger (sorry i forget the exact name!). I do still use a little conditioner on the ends, never found conditioner bars any good personally.
