Does this nail varnish still exist ?

As a teen (15 years ago) I had a set of nail varnish that had very thin brushes but also pen nibs in the lid to do elaborate designs.

I can't find anything like it now. Does anyone have such things?

Rio nails pens

I bought mine from Argos many years ago but this is the closest I could find now.

Nail art pens. They’ve updated them somewhat from what they used to look like but still do the same thing.
