Anyone had successful treatment for thread veins on legs?

If so, what did you have, was it permanent and how much did it cost?

I had sclerotherapy on my legs 5 years ago but I've noticed I have quite a few visible veins now - I have no idea if they are new or if the old ones came back. In a couple of places there's a cluster that looks like a bruise.

I've seen various places do laser for thread veins. Is this better?

I'm thinking now is the time to get it sorted (winter!)

I'm in SW London if anyone can recommend a clinic too. Thanks.

I had sclerotherapy too a few years ago but it didn't make any difference and may actually have made some areas worse. I had a course of laser treatment on my legs, around 7 sessions a month apart which finished just before lockdown. Unfortunately this didn't work either. I've been told I need to deal with my varicose vein before my capillaries improves. I only have a varicose vein in my right leg and not my left but have spider veins in both legs so don't see how this is the case.
Anyway I've kind of given up and accepted them and cover with Sally Hansen leg make up if I am going out with bare legs.
