What are the best teeth whitening products that you have used?

I have recently tried a couple of whitening toothpastes and bought one of those sets with gel, teeth moulds and the blue light thing, but it only lightened my teeth a shade or two.

My teeth aren't even stupidly stained, but I can't seem to find a product that actually works!

Get a kit from the dentist, anything else is a waste of time.

They’re brilliant and around £40. I use the Professional Effects and there is a noticeable difference. I’d say 3-4 shades lighter.

They’re on Prime as well, so you generally don’t have to pay a huge delivery charge.

Buy this kit for £10 from boots, just for the 'custom-fit' your own trays, because trays from dentist can be incredibly expensive. (The kit gel is a bit crap)
Then buy proper whitening gel from the dentist, it's about £30 a tube but lasts for several uses.

Does anyone know what the dentists use? I was looking online at ‘happy smile’ and their whitener seems to be quite strong, anyone used this?
