Micropedi alternative?

I wanted to buy a replacement for my plug in micropedi as a present but they don't seem as common as before. Can anyone recommend anything better?

Scholl do one. That's the only other 'popular' one I could fine, when I had to replace mine a few months ago.

I've also seen ones in Home Bargains and Lidl, but I don't know what types of rollers they used, so it put me off getting them in case you couldn't get replacement rollers.
