Lipstick shades. Help please - Christmas wedding.

I’m looking for a red/berry shade for a small Christmas wedding (hopefully it can still happen). I have attached a pic if anyone wiser than me can recommend a good lippy?

The one you're wearing looks good

I do like that one and it would save me some money! I feel like my wedding day should involve me wearing something special and therefore new, but I do like that lipstick.

If you know it suits you (and it does!) and you're comfortable with it I say go for it. I had my makeup done but went with my own natural looking lipstick because I'm not a big lippy person and didn't want to feel uncomfortable or worry about it later.

Life's too short to look back at your wedding photos and feel you don't recognise yourself.

The only other one I’d suggest is one of the Charlotte tilbury pillow talk range, there are two more intense colours, but still supposed to suit all. One of them might be a match, depending on your outfit if you really want a new one for the day.

I like benefit they’re real lipstick, juice berry.

Estée Lauder have a colour called rebellious rose and the liquid Matt is very vivid and has great staying power.

I’ll have a look at the Estée Lauder one. I’m wearing a bourgeois one I think, though the label has worn off. It’s a lip crayon in red berry. My future MIL gave it to me as the colour didn’t suit her.

I wouldn’t change what you’re wearing. I got married in August and got a slightly different one to feel “fancier”... I wish I hadn’t! Go with that one; it looks gorgeous and really suits you.

Thank you, looks like I should stick with that one! Definitely fits the Christmassy theme as well - I’m going for berry colours.

As you like the one in the picture and I assume you know if it lasts or not , perhaps stay with that one. Though of course you would road test any that you bought.
