Does anyone subscribe to this? I'm tempted... but it is expensive so I'm humming and ahhing!

Also it says "in the event that Tracy is unable to film, this class will be led by a senior trainer from The Prescription Team." - how often does this happen?

I don't do the legs but did the arms and stomach before and you will have a flat , defined stomach within weeks and arms like Jennifer Aniston
I am always telling people about it. I don't do it anymore as I am too lazy. She moves v quickly so you need to watch it a few times and it is hard but you get used to it fairly quickly
It really is though for people who just want to tone up or have a small amount of weight to lose imo

I streamed for a few months this year and it was always Tracy. I really enjoyed it but I’ve just cancelled because I can’t find the time to do it enough to justify the cost.
