Bra Intervention - experts?

I'm changing from underwired to nonwired as I've had a lot of pain through wires digging in at the sides.

I measure just under a 30 back and between 34-35 round the biggest bit.
I wear anything from a 30D,30DD to 32D.

Now, 30 inch backs are few and far between and I'm not quite big enough to go for brands which are small backs and massive cups.

I'm trying on an M&S Rosie bra in a 32C and a 32D. (They don't do a 30 back.)

The difference in the cup seems to be mainly width and height rather than depth.
So the D cup contains my boos but comes up higher towards my armpits and I'm wondering if when leaning forward it will dig in.

The 32C seems okay but pushed my books together more and maybe even slightly squashes them ( very slightly) but is more comfortable under the arms as it's lower.

Any advice?

Also although I measure 29.5 back, I find most 30s are really tight even though in theory they 'fit'.

Try Brastop they are cheaper than Bravissimo. Figleaves also do some 30 back sizes. I'm a 34G and I wear M&S fuller bust bralet size 14 when I'm sitting at home. I would suggest trying a size 10. These won't give fantastic uplift but are very comfy.
