Unintentional comedy- sat down and my jeans arse ripped open

Got some skinny jeans from Next about a month ago. Very comfy, all seemed good. And then yesterday I sat down, heard a rip and half my bum was hanging out! Do I have any right to take them back and complain?!

Yes- this shouldn’t happen after one wear.

This happened with me and some jeans from new look.

I went to the loo and when I went to pull jeans up I could see straight through the arse area, I'm glad I was home!
I took them back and exchanged for the same pair.
Guess what?

I was walking home from the hospital once, and heard a rip my jeans ripped in the exact same place and had the same type of rip! I had to tie my jumper around my waist so my whole arse wasn't on show.
That time I took them back and asked for money back I had only wore each pair a handful of times.
It might be a faulty pair or batch if they are new

We're they tight at all? I once bought a size too small and they were fine for a few weeks then ripped as i got out of my (stupidly low and sporty) car. Was mortified as it was over an hour drive away so I just wrapped a cardigan around my waist.
