Tights - comfiest waistband

I need 80-100 denier and I really I need a wide waistband as I hate things tight around my waist. All the current ones I own have too narrow waistbands.

I've looked at Snag which are very reasonable but don't say anything about the waistband and Heist - but they are 3 times the price.

All recommendations welcome - thanks.

Once you have tried Snag you will never wear anything else.

Finding snag tights has been amazing, no more rolled down waist bands, no ladders and they wash great. Totally worth the cost IMO

I buy my tights from Primark. I used to buy all of my tights from M&S, but my local store never had my size in stock and the higher denier ones are expensive. At one point I was paying nearly £10 for a pair of tights in the denier I wanted. I've been really impressed with the Primark ones, I buy 120 denier, they also have a few more in the range higher than 120 up to 200. It's only £5 for a two pack of 120 denier.

A very recent snag convert too. I wasn't convinced of the hype, but flip me, they are so comfortable. Size down though. I was fretting between size E & F and went with the E and they are perfect, even with a little breathing room. Their black 120 are amazing. The vanilla marshmallow are slightly too pale for me, and this is from someone who always had 'orange' legs whilst trying to wear nude skin tone ones. Worth the price imo and the waist band is comfy, doesn't roll, or not too thin that digs in

Another Snag recommendation here! For reference I am a size 18 & wouldn’t go anywhere else now. So comfy 😁

Snag all the way for me :) nice high waistband keeps you all in and they are the best tights I've ever worn

Heist are brilliant, but they are expensive. Worth it in my opinion, as they stay up and are super comfy

I really like White Stuff Olivia tights. They last well, feel comfortable on the waist, don’t roll down, and most years come in a good selection of colours.

Maternity tights. Seriously. Next is good for them.

Snag tights have a wide waistband. They don’t roll down at all, but I have noticed the quality isn’t what it used to be. The fabric is somehow rougher. Popsy tights are the same so worth a try. They come up huge though so worth sizing down.
