Face wash or scrub oily skin

Really need a new face wash or scrub. My skin is so oily and I’ve never found one I love. Any recommendations? Not fussed about price as long as it’s good!

Clinique has a great line for oily skin.

Clarins has very nice facewash too.

No wash or scrub! Your skin will produce far, far more oil if it’s stripped to compensate.

You’d be better off with a really gentle cleanser (CeraVe hydrating, LaRoche Posay cream cleanser etc) and then using an acid toner (Inkey List, Pixi) to ‘exfoliate’.

I suppose it to some dregree depends on the problems - are there spots/acne etc.

But I think this LRP wash is good. It has salicylic acid in it, which would be good but still gentle as an exfoliator. Eventhough it's only in a wash and on you skin for very little time, salicylic acid is a very effective exfoliator when used as a short contact wash.

I also like this Cerave one. I don't know how much saliylic acid is in it, but I like it nonetheless.

Both of those cleansers are good value too.

I love La Roche Posay effaclar wash. I also really like Clarins Pure scrub. Both excellent for oily skin.

I love Merumaya Melting Balm - i have tried other cleansers but nothing has such a good effect on my skin. It smells great too!

It doesn't dry my skin out like a lot of others do, double cleanse x2 per day and moisturise.
