Primark Exchanges

Am I right in saying that without a receipt you cannot return items to Primark anymore? I’ve been given a gift of pjs that I don’t like. There is another set I do and I hoped to exchange.

I don't now about that but my DH took a pair of shorts back for DS that were too small with receipt to exchange got large size and as we were 1day over the period they wouldn't exchange it

No they don’t do refunds or exchanges without a receipt. They also don’t let you return any underwear even with a receipt, so make sure you buy the right size.

they stopped doing exchanges with out receipts because there were too many instances of people picking things up in store then taking them to the customer services desk and claiming they needed to exchange them but didnt have a receipt, getting the exchange and a new receipt then going back a few days later and getting the money for soemthing theyd never bought in the first place!!! CFs indeed
