Hair colour too dark !!

I had my dark blonde hair dyed a reddish brown last week and I don't like it !! It has changed my whole face and any make up that I put on doesn't look right ! I wanted to go brunette but it's way too dark for my face plus it looks quite lank and lacks texture. Anyone advice for what make up would look good? I have blue eyes.

Could you post a picture but obscure your face - might get better advice if we can see the colour? Ultimately though I think if you want to go lighter you’ll need to do a dye remover and see how it looks?

Sorry you asked about make up not about removing the dye 🙈🙈🙈, coppery brown eyeshadow will bring out blue eyes, with a light bronzer as opposed to a pinker blush?

I think you’ll suit lots of colours to be honest. Mine is naturally dark (darker than you are now) and I have blue eyes and I prefer a stronger lip colour like red / darker pink and more ‘neutral’ eyes.

From the photo it looks nice! I like the idea of the dark lip or red. I see some women with dark hair and red lips and it looks really stunning - and not try hard or over the top.

What about going Anne Hathaway and adding some loose curls or waves? This could be a good opportunity to invest in some new make up too?
