they're nice

MikeUniformMike · 21/10/2020 13:36

The black is better though

MiddleClassMother · 21/10/2020 13:38

I do like them but agree the black is better. Cream looks great but I live in a rural area so is simply not an option😳

TableNiner · 21/10/2020 13:50

Hmmm yes the black are classier but I don’t really wear black and never black shoes/boots.

Black is boring, star trek-y and old fashioned imo. The cream version makes a statement. I'm not a big fan of the boot for myself but I have a friend who I know could really make it work in an outfit.

foxtiger · 21/10/2020 19:19

I love the colour but the shape is not my style.

ChelseaCat · 21/10/2020 19:21

@foxtiger

I love the colour but the shape is not my style.
Agreed
Sheena99 · 21/10/2020 19:21

They're lovely, think they're gorgeous in the cream.

RickOShay · 21/10/2020 19:23

I actually prefer the cream

MikeUniformMike · 21/10/2020 19:25

I went to he shops today and found myself looking at cream boots. I blame OP.

I wonder if my black boots could be considered star trek-y.

Mellonsprite · 21/10/2020 20:24

I prefer them in the other colours to be honest, the shape is growing on me - it’s very year 2000!

Grapefruitcauliflower · 21/10/2020 20:33

I think they’re incredibly ugly, sorry! Not a massive fan of cream boots generally, but those look very cheap IMO. Looks like I’m outnumbered though Grin

JaceLancs · 21/10/2020 22:58

I’m not a fan

Rainbowllama4 · 21/10/2020 23:10

Sorry, not a fan either, colour or style. They look dated but not dated enough to be stylish again.

MabelChiltern1 · 21/10/2020 23:18

What will you wear with them?

MargotLovedTom1 · 21/10/2020 23:21

Not keen at all.

TableNiner · 21/10/2020 23:48

These are really splitting the jury. I guess to wear with slightly cropped jeans and trousers, was hoping they might get me out of my skinny jeans rut.

A lady came up and said they looked great when I tried them on in M&S Oxford Street but it is M&S. (No one seemed to be stopping you trying on the shoes)

Nice. Very retro Seventies!
Janegrey333 · 22/10/2020 10:53

Thought they were from Cos when I first saw them - though of course Cos would struggle with anything not black. 🙂

Londoncatshed · 22/10/2020 10:56

Yes! Lovely.

Purplecatshopaholic · 22/10/2020 11:01

I really like them. Would want a higher heel myself, but they would go with loads of things and be practical as well as looking good. It’s nice to break out of the black rut sometimes and go for a paler colour

StarlightLady · 22/10/2020 12:30

I like them and would wear them. My only concern would be how practical they would be in the winter months.

TableNiner · 22/10/2020 23:23

@Janegrey333 Love seventies fashion! I have some flares these could be worn with... Still deliberating though as keep putting them on and not feeling quite right
