Supportive shoes - will these be ok?

I know this question gets asked every week, but please could I get some thoughts on supportive shoes that aren't fugly?

Context: I had a baby a few months ago who's a bad sleeper, so I'm having to walk miles every day with her in a sling to help her sleep. I also chase a toddler around. I mostly wear Keds and my feet are so sore by the end of the day.

I've never worn full on big trainers as they're not really me. I'm more a brogues kind of person, with Keds being the sportiest (!) shoes I own.

I've read good things about New Balance being supportive and these don't look too offensive www.newbalance.co.uk/women/shoes/lifestyle/classic-trainers/720/WL720V1-30686-W.html would they be a good choice for me? Any other suggestions? Thank you!

Those trainers are lovely! And what a bargain.

I wear trainers most of the time and my NB once are definitely the most supportive ones I own. Not sure why as they don’t look that different from other brands. Maybe because the fit is quite snug and they come up just a little bit further over the ankle. It also feels like the material used is also very thick with layers underneath.

Thank you @MazDazzle I've never owned NB before but they do look fab!

I've just had a pair of Scholl memory foam brogues from TK Maxx at a bargain price, they are amazing, no blisters, fantastic fit , super stylish and can walk for miles in them, fab!

What sort of support are you looking for @itsafig ?

I have 2 pairs of biker style ugg boots which are smart enough to wear with jeans or a dress and are supportive on the ankles and thick on the sole so good for walking. I've had them a good 6/7 years and worn them sept-April every day and they are fantastic. Not cheap- £175ish a pair but worth every penny.

They don't sell the ones I have now but similar to this

I'm currently eyeing up these:
