Leave in conditioner?

After being chased by a pack of horses today who clearly mistook my bleached and dry dry locks for hay I am in need of some help! I was wondering about a leave in conditioner of some description and am looking for recommendations.

I currently use Matrix colour shampoo and conditioner and wash my hair almost daily (I use hairspray that I feel I need to wash out). I blow dry and use the straighteners, I’m clear on why my hair is wrecked and I’m not really looking to change this routine, rather I need something to add to it. I have heat protection spray that I use but it’s not enough.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I've just bought some tigi leave in conditioner which I'm really liking. I also got a tigi intensive conditioner which is really good, I leave it on for a couple of hours and my hair has been so soft afterwards.

Got both from t k maxx for about £7 each.

Revlon Uniq 1 spray in - the green tea scent is the nicest i think. Between £7 and £10 a bottle on amazon. Also I sometimes use Aussie 3 Miracle Oil on damp or dry hair. Available in Superdrug - only need a couple of pumps so it lasts for ever.

OSMO Wonder 10 is brilliant. Bought a bottle at the hairdresser after not going for 9 long months over lockdown and it is fantastic. Great for detangling kids hair too. Think it was £15, already lasted 3 months and still going strong.

I use Aveda Damage Remedy and think it’s great for the end of my hair that was quite dry and lifeless.

I use Toni & Guy leave in conditioner, I really like it & if I change, sucker for a advertising gimmick! I always go back to it.
