I’ve had my hair lightened to a nice caramel like blondish colour from being quite dark. I would like it a lighter blonde, more cooler toned but I need to let my hair rest a bit first as it’s quite dry especially at the ends.
I’ve tried a few purple shampoos ( provoke, no fanola, elvive) to try & neutralise the ‘brassiness’ to it and make it less warm, but they haven’t made much difference. Are there any other purple shampoos or toners that anyone would recommend? Or would I be better waiting until my hair is in better condition and try a light blonde semi colour on it?
