Makeup to cover freckles/age spots

Any recommendations for concealer and foundation which even out freckly skin plus age spots? I never used to bother trying to cover the freckles but as I get older (64) they are looking more unattractive and more like brown age spots.

I had pigmented skin after pregnancy and nothing covered it up. So I had laser treatment which got rid of all the brown marks. I highly recommend it. It’s similar to tattoo removal, thy use a laser to break up the pigment in the skin.

A make-up artist told me that you should paint an orange coloured cream under your concealer.
