Where is this coat from?

Saw this news reporter today in a navy/dark shiny blue quilted coat which seemed to have a belt, and I'd like something similar. I can't tell if it's a long coat or jacket but ideally I'd like a long coat with a wide collar/neckline like the one in the photo. Does anyone know the brand of this, or be able to suggest any similar?

I don't know where to find the coat but if you know her name you could tweet her, I've seen people do the same and they usually get a reply.
