The Ordinary Squalene

How do you use it ?
I bought some things from The Ordinary but threw away the boxes ( with instructions ).
It appears greasy, does it sink in quickly?
Is it instead of a moisturiser or a serum?

I use it alone, before bed. It sinks in easily. I really like it.

That was a quick reply !!
Thank you @RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie

I haven't seen posting for a while. Perhaps you're on other threads.

I use squalene as the last step in my pm routine.

I always use about 3 drops on top of my moisterizer. It absorbs quite quickly

I'm mostly on the 50 book threads, LadyE. I'm trying not to buy many clothes at the moment, and am pretty uninspired by most of the things out there anyway.

It's an oil, so you want to use it after any serums. I use it on my hands too, in the never ending battle against bleeding knuckles.

GertrudeKerfuffle · 14/10/2020 21:34

I find it does sink in quickly and is very moisturizing. I've been using either the squalane or rose hip oil instead of moisturizer but I may need to add cream in the winter when the radiators dessicate me Smile

If you don’t get on with it, use it as a first cleanse to remove spf and makeup. V good.

I use it to buffer retinol, or when my skin is crying out for moisture. After cleansing/toning and serums. Last thing.

Thank you

I use the hemi squalene which is runnier and I find it sinks in better.

This is what it says on the skincare app.
