Does your eye cream actually do anything?

I have over the years found cleanser, serum, moisturiser, scrub, mask which all actually do something. Happy with how they leave my 40-something skin looking. Means I'm just about getting away with all the booze and chocolate.

However I've never found an eye cream that gives any noticeable results or even feels good. As a result my luxuriant complexion is hideously marred by my unsightly eye bags, and lids which are starting to resemble hairless ball bags.

Have you found one that actually works out there?
I'm in a low-end of space NK bit of the market if that helps.

No never found anything that makes a difference except caffeine serum which I put on in the morning if I've got bags.
My mum swears my Huxley eye cream, never tried it.

I’ve been using Lancôme gentrifique eye cream and quite impressed. Have tried various ones over the years including just using normal moisturiser and do see a difference with this one - that I wasn’t actually expecting after years of disappointment!
