I need to get a grip of my skincare regime and up my almost non existent water intake.
I just can't get into a routine of drinking water. I don't drink enough fluids in general, and I'm always up in the night for a wee, so try not to drink after 8.
Water is boring to me, so I go though phases of drinking hot water and lemon, and fruit teas. 9/10 I cone back from the shops without the lemons. And I assume the fruit teas don't count??
I also go through Berocca phases. Again, I assume it doesn't count.
Any hints and tips for helping me get into better drinking habits?
