Selling clothes - Ebay, Vinted .... or elsewhere??

Recently listed some clothes for sale on eBay, ended up removing listings for a Whistles top and a Mint Velvet top as with only a few hours to go they had no bids and only about 5 views.

They were both immaculate condition, recent stuff so not dated. I had definitely got the ads listed in the correct place, with clear photos and descriptions etc. I’ve been on eBay years so know what I’m doing.

Is it just not worth selling clothes on eBay anymore?
Is Vinted any better?

Are there any particular brands that sell well? Whistles used to be very popular but maybe less so now?

Thanks

Oh and also is Vinted more for young people? So would brands like LK Bennett, Jigsaw sell on there?

You could see if Vestiaire Collective take those brands. Be aware they take a flat £13 commission on sales under £130, and a percentage above that, but you get courier shipping to your buyer included and there's no listing fee.

I've found that nearly all my bids when I'm selling on eBay are in the last minutes of the auction, so don't give up too soon!

I’m not young. Much prefer buying on Vinted to eBay as no drama around bidding. And have seen those brands selling well on there.
