I've made an appointment for tear trough fillers

I hate the hollows under my eyes and am fed up with people asking me if I'm tired.
After months years of researching I've decided to bite the bullet.
I've found a Dr who seems to specialise on Alice Hart-Davis's website and saved the £450.
My biggest fear is lots of bruising but google tells me to eat pineapple and take Arnica.
A tips or experiences would be really welcome, I'm very nervous about it not reaching expectations.
