Net-a-Porter - Outnet - Yoox

Hi, can anyone tell me if Net-a-Porter still sends its sale things to Outnet or is it Yoox?

There was something in their sale I wanted, which if I google comes up with as still ‘available’, BUT they won’t let me buy it nor will customer service tell me where it is going, so I can’t even look to buy it. Have tried all channels with “all custom/£ spent must be good” etc etc , but they shalt not be moved!

They're all still part of the same group but from my previous experience they keep some stuff back like that with 'available' soon and then reintroduce it in the next sale round at a higher price but it'll be a higher reduction compared to other sale items to incentivise the sale of the old stock and make it appear real bargains are to be had. eg. It's at 40% or 50% when everything else starts at 30% but you probably saw it at the end of their sale at 60-70%.

One customer service person told me “to sign up for sale updates” and another told me it had been removed from their catalogue/and would not be appearing again, one slightly on the snarkier side. 😩🙄. So frustrating, they used to be so good. I feel like it’s really changed!

So if anyone has an ‘in’ and wants to PM me so I can achieve my kaftan dreams (at £54) I’d be MUCH appreciated!

What is it? Is it only available on NAP, myTheresa keeps stuff in the sale for forever and never closes the sale, just routinely offer an extra % off. There's a whole world of other luxury e-tailers out there, random rare things are usually easily found on Farfetch but usually require a bit of digging as they often don't list them with model names.

It’s just a SKIN kaftan - the same that they have ‘in stock’ but in another colour, it’s oversized, pintucks/gathered at the back and made of cotton voile, basically my dream kaftan. Have been searching for another all afternoon to no avail - apart from a few at full price located in the States that don’t ship to the UK. I love it but not for over £120!

On the Outnet, wishlist items sometimes show as available but you can’t buy them because they’re only available in a different market. It’s really frustrating. I’m guessing that some parts of the world are served by a separate warehouse.

Oh thanks for the tip! I’ve tried to ‘pretend’ I’m coming from the States and Australia - seeing as they will be going into summer, but big Nope! Does anyone have any ideas what date the next sale will start?!

@westr I’ve stalked all possible sites have alerts (which is quite difficult when the label is ‘SKIN’ 😂) and nothing! So frustrating, have resigned myself that I won’t get it and looking at a Cos linen one instead. - which is way more boring!
