Feminine Hair Trimming

I just want to start with I am not a troll, but I am genuinely curious what other people do in this situation.

I use a bikini trimmer in the bathroom. My solution to messy hair clippings as a teen was to layer toilet roll on the bathroom floor, stand over it and clip, then fold it all together and... excuse me for this... spit on the floor and use that to stick stray bits to the paper as I wiped round. Then it goes in the bin.

I've just realised after all these years I never changed my strategy but there must be a better way. Are there any trimmers which vacuum in the hairs to a container or anything?

What do other people do?

In the shower, dry before turning the water on. Hairs get swirled away with the waste water.

Well, er, not that I want to go into detail, but I think that would block up the drain at some point. I'm not talking about leg hairs here...

Ah, the old feminine mystique.

DryHeave · 12/10/2020 05:27

In the shower as PP mentioned, or lift up the loo seat and sit on the toilet.

In the bath before turning the water on, then wipe it out with some damp tissue or a baby wipe and bin it.

feminine?? Hmm

AnaViaSalamanca · 12/10/2020 14:08

Thought this thread was about short hairstyles that are feminine...

Over the loo! Then it just flushes away!

Honestly ladies, really? The title says it all!!

WitsEnding · 12/10/2020 14:13

Why on earth would you spit on the floor when you are in arms’ reach of a tap? Or clean water from the loo if you’re in a loo with no basin?

Other than that, sounds like a reasonable solution.

I guess my lazy teen face was hovering right over the hair and it was a quicker method. I don't do that part now.

So, if I do it over the toilet will the hair flush away or just stick to the bowl for ages?

Yes, I am serious. I suppose I have to find out for myself. I'm worried about a build up somewhere and that a drain unblocker person might come across some hairy poos.

I do it over the loo though OP.

I don't think I'd have gotten serious answers if I'd asked how other people shaved their cunts?

I shave in the shower. I use a Venus razor with built in olay shave gel bars which is so convenient and easy. I do it daily, same as I do my legs, arms and under my arms. It's always completely smooth so never had any problems

Jumbojem · 14/10/2020 13:12

In the shower for shaving. For the trimming part, I stand astride the bin. Can't believe I'm posting this on a public forum! My OH manscapes and sits on an old towel which gets shaken out the window then washed. It's not just a female issue.
