Anyone tried this brand before? How does it compare to the ordinary? Looking to try the vitamin c serum to start with, but tempted by a scalp treatment too

I started my skincare journey with this brand. Fill in their routine finder on the website and it tells you what products you need for certain needs. They are fab at responding to any questions you may have too. I've tried all of their skincare products that were suggested for me , I didn't like the hair products though. Favourite product by far is the salicylic acid cleanser, it's a must. I've also got the oat balm ready to try after I've used my current body shop one up.

Thank you! They have lots of interesting products but I’m a bit hesitant to add lots of new stuff in, when I already have a ton to use up! The oat cleanser sounds lovely.
