Ive been vegetarian for 2 years and looking at old photos it seems the only time ive look relatively healthy during these 2 years is when ive been on holiday and had a tan.
The majority of the time my skin is dehydrated, yet oily. Dull and just tired looking. Im beginning to wonder if im lacking in something due to being vegetarian.
Ive tried all sorts and everything just seems to break me out as my skin is incredibly sensitive.
Im fed up of looking tired all the time. I've barely seen any sun this year due to not having a garden. When we had lockdown the weather was amazing but there was no where to go.
Could this be connected to not eating meat or is it just lockdown skin.
