What can I do with unused make-up?

I'm having a sort out ahead of advent calendar season, and it turns out I've got quite a bit of make-up I've never used. They're generally from gifts with purchases, so I didn't get to choose the colours, and they're just not for me.

They're mostly not sealed, but you can see from the surface that they haven't been used - I've tried taking photos of a couple so you can see what I mean.

It seems like a waste to throw them away - is there anything useful I can do with them?

Hello, I've had this 'problem', especially with gifts with purchase. I usually do one of three things:

1. Sell on ebay, typically make 2 to 10 pounds
2. Post on style and beauty, send to someone for free {reduces waste, costs less than a pound, makes me fee good, treat for someone
3. Give away at work (past life) when I had colleagues who loved 'stuff'
