Where can I find necklaces like this?

I was doing a bit of tidying and came across this old necklace which I used to love. It was just a cheap thing from New Look and it's now black and no longer really wearable but I just love the design and the 1920s vibe and wondered if any mumsnetters knew where I might find something similar - either costume or real? It's quite big and has a long chain - that seems to work on my figure and with the kind of clothes I wear so something like it would be great.

Thanks bythehairs but I actually find toothpaste pretty gross and I don't think I could get over being grossed out to ever wear it again if I did that. It's bad enough having to brush my teeth every day!
