Manolo or Valentino?

I’m more of a shoe or boot person rather than handbags
I have just had a major success in my career and would like to mark it in some way
With current situation holidays are off the cards, but have a few days spare next week and am thinking of Bicester and some new shoes
Manolo or Valentino?
Boots - heels or flats?

Oh - I've never been to Bicester, what sort of discounts would one get on both of those?

Can't really help I'm afraid - I'll only be buying things that can be seen on Zoom for the foreseeable future. And I mostly get the shoe part of an outfit wrong, however much care I take.

I find Manolo’s far more comfortable than Valentino’s - will depend on your foot shape, particularly your arch. I wear my Manolo heels and flats a lot (heels less so since the pandemic) but really rate Jimmy Choo, Chanel and Prada for boots, if you want to broaden your search. I’m not sure what the choice is like at Bicester as I’ve not been before. Happy shopping!

I’m a good fit in a 4 Valentino as have narrow feet but only do flats or their medium heel height
I’ve not tried manolo other than in their shop
I think Bicester also has jimmy choo

Roger Vivier? They have an outlet at Bicester. Classic European styles, easy to wear, very elegant.
