Whistles barrel leg jeans

I ordered a few pairs of these to try and I love the fit on the leg; I'm not keen on the high waist though or the fact that there is no stretch.

Does anyone know of a similar jean style that has a bit of stretch?

Are all barrel jeans high waisted?

I have those jeans and I noticed when I bought mine that the black and the dark denim both had elastane, but the mid blue and other colours didn’t. JL described them all as the same fabric, but they weren’t. Toast have some with 1% elastane, but they are a bit more spendy. Kin also do them without elastane. I would say as a style they usually are high waisted, although the toast ones sit at my belly button, rather than above it, so they are probably slightly lower. You can tell I have been on the hunt for the perfect pair...

That's interesting @ilovecherries, I did indeed buy the mid blue in different 3 sizes as I haven't bought jeans in waist measurements for years.

Thanks for that, I'll take a proper look at the descriptions on the website and probably have to wait for them to restock.
