Anyone using The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 30% in Silicone?

This is the first time I have used this product, I have used other vitamin C serums in the past, but this texture seems quite dry and there is no expected tingling when I apply to my face. I ordered from Boots online and the box was a bit tatty looking, could this be old stock?

I've used this for ages. I used to use the 23% Vit C from TO. I think you're right, I don't really get a tingling from the 30% and presume it's because it's in silicone. I like it. It's dry as you say but I just pat it on to my cheeks etc, follow with moisturiser then I find this gives a great base for make up. I have oily skin though so like the dry texture.

I'm using the 23% one because it's silicone free. I don't get on with silicones in face products.
