What's the best way of getting these type of curls, wide barre tongs?

Included pic of my hair too. It's been up all day so total mess but do you think these curls are possible for me?

I think your hair already looks quite similar to the pic OP

I agree to above, often if I wear mine up in e.g. bun or similar, then when down the waves go like pictured, it's not an exact science Grin and there are probably more reliable ways but it often works.

Eurgh i think maybe mine is lousy condition. It definitely doesn't look like hers but thank you!!

I know what you mean, OP! Mine is similar to yours, in order for me to achieve the look in your picture I first have to straighten my hair, then I use either ghds or a curling wand to just do the ends. My hair is naturally curly, and i do wear it that way sometimes but it doesn’t feel very “polished” if you know what I mean? I feel like it looks more like I’ve made an effort to do it if I wear it the way it is in your picture.

This 100%. I'm good at the hippy, wild waves look but it's not polished

This might help you decide what size you need? Have a look on pinterest for 'curling tong hairstyles' I think tongs/curling wand were used to get those curls.
