I have naturally curly and thick hair that goes quite frizzy especially when washed.
I've tried so many different shampoos over the years. At the suggestion of my hairdresser I started using 'Tresemme Salon Silk' shampoo and conditioner (the one with the dark green on the bottles). Before that I used 'schwarzkopf gliss'.
Both used to be fine and work well. My hair felt clean and I used to wash it every 3 days. However recently I've washed it and it never feels clean. I'm still washing it exactly the same way i always have and make sure it's rinsed properly. I leave it to dry naturally if I can. It's washed, dries naturally and when it's dry it still looks like it needs washing even though it was literally washed a few hours earlier. It also seems to be a bit flakey.
I even tried my sons Johnson's baby shampoo and that actually seemed to get it the cleanest.
Can anyone recommend shampoo and conditioner that will help smooth it out and reduce frizz and flakes? And that will actually make my hair feel clean and like it's been washed? Thanks
