Recent beauty loves and disappointments tgread

Hi all, I just wondered what you've all bought recently that you have either loved or been disappointed by? I'll kick things off!

Loves:
Exuviance age reverse night repair. Sweet jesus, I'm in love with this stuff. My face is smoother than a millpond, I use it day and night as my skin is quite dry and it's just fabulous stuff.
Mutha scrubber, transformed my hooves into actual soft smooth feet, only a fiver and really bloody works.
A £2 brow gel from revolution that's better than my usual benefit one.

Disappointments:
Glossier boy brow. Horrible. Waaaay too dark, more black than brown, bitty horrible stuff, leaves tiny balls of the stuff all through my eyebrows.
Armani luminous silk foundation. Total waste of money, dry, horrible stuff that flakes and rolls off under my fingertips, read so many rave reviews but hate the stuff.

I have hated every Drunk Elephant product I have tried. I wanted to love it so much. Same with Sunday Riley. Over-priced, lovely packaging, but I have had better luck with The Ordinary.

Well I ordered the Muthascrubber off the back of this thread but it has not yet arrived. I have checked their website muthascrubber.com/ regularly over the last few weeks and it's constantly "this site cannot be reached" so I think I have been had here!

Hate - I bought one of those cloths to wash your makeup off with no soap. Little bits of it got stuck in the downy hair on my cheeks and it was a total nightmare to get it all off. Am I just too hairy or what?

I'm meh about some of the things often mentioned here like the Korean towels that do nothing special for me and the footner that doesn't do anything for the hard skin on my feet.

Love - I've been using Medik8 white balance serum to help with the pigmentation marks on my face, it feels lovely going on and is slowly starting to have an impact. Have tried various vitamin c products in the last couple of years but this is the best so far.

Hate: Sarah Chapman Skinesis overnight facial. A very smelly oil that seemed to do nothing other than make me feel sick with the smell, it honestly smelt like sewage 🤮. Had to apologise to my husband each time I used it as the smell lingered so badly. Vom.
