Dark pigmentation above lip

I've got dark patches above my lip which make me look like I've got a moustache. So that's quite handy when you are a woman.

Has anyone found a product that gets rid of the pigmentation? I have been using lemon mixed with yogurt/honey, and it is slowly getting a bit lighter, but has anyone used some sort of magic product that has gotten rid of theirs??

It’s caused by sun exposure, so the best product to use is sun cream!

Tough one - I have read that it’s tough to get rid of this sort of pigmentation, and easier to darken the rest of your skin than try to lighten the dark parts.
That said, I think Vitamin c is good for fading dark spots - it sounds like a long game though. I think laser might be your option. Now is a good time of year to do that, when the sun is losing strength.
