Decent under eye cream for the day?

The area is not dry, but I would like a good under eye cream for hydration? No dark cycles (fine lines though) Any recommendations?

I use an Avon cream - it firms up under your eyes and I can really feel they're tighter. You only need the tiniest amount. This is where I buy it from:
