I bought a pair of high waisted wide leg trousers today, and wasn't able to try them on in the shop.
I have a few different pairs (not high waisted though) and I wear them with wedge heels and then they skim the floor. These ones are a bit shorter so show the shoe. I don't normally wear flats with wide legs as I need the height. I have the long body, short leg problem. I was always of the opinion that they should cover the shoe to make the leg look longer.
So if the trousers are floor length whilst wearing flats, should I return them?
Whay shoes do you wear?
I am 50 and don't wear trainer type shoes as a general rule, but have brogues.
