Anyone know how to get rid of these bumps on my forehead? They’ve got worse over time & starting to make me really self conscious?

I don’t know, maybe. I really have no idea. I just want to get rid.

Is your skin red at all?

Iv got this and in the last year Iv also had red skin on face.

Gp has told me it's rosacea. I'm not actually sure if it is yet.

Anyway basically I'm saying it's probably best to go to the gp as they will either know or have the means to refer you on.

Good luck.

Thanks @Ginkypig no it doesn’t seem red at the moment.

Maybe I should book an appt to see the gp & see what they say.

It looks like subclinical acne, lots of info online to treat it.

Understandingnotignorance · 02/10/2020 09:47

Do you wear hairspray?

cathyandclare · 02/10/2020 09:58

DD had sandpaper acne that looked a little like that. Do you get spots too?

Tinks15 · 02/10/2020 10:17

@Understandingnotignorance
No I don’t wear hairspray.

@cathyandclare I occasionally get spots but usually mainly around my jawline.

It looks a bit like fungal acne. I have heard that Nizoral anti-dandruff shampoo is good for getting rid of that.

Tinks15 · 02/10/2020 10:56

@jennymac thanks I’ve tried this, hasn’t worked.

Looks like Sebaceous Hyperplasia to me but could do with a close look.
