Nice black tops.

Having just bought some leather look leggings recommended on another post I'm looking for some nice black tops to go with to create a nice sillouette under various jackets and coats. Needs to cover bum, not high necked, not too tight over tummy and not too warm so no jumpers. Has anyone seen anything interesting.

I was looking for the same but haven't been successful yet. Baukjen have a few that might tick your box. There is always a discount knocking about so don't buy at full price.

Mint Velvet have a few but I think they're quite expensive for what they are. There's a longish one with a zip running down the front, I'm waiting for 20% off before I try it.

Yeah I saw that Mint velvet one, wasn't sure, maybe I need to order it and try. I have a lovely top, had it years and too tatty to wear out but it was perfect. It was slightly aline cotten Jersey with a double layer around the hem, sleeveless but just hung beautifully. I think it was from m & s but not found anything since

Dont laugh but i have stretchy black cotton tops from Nutmeg, at Morrisons! They have a wide boat neck, and 3/4 sleeves. I wear them with black slim trousers and black boots. They make even my stumpy little self look streamlined and smart.

Hush wide jersey top. Size down. It's over priced for what it is but it hangs very nicely.

Halter neck top with metal chains on the shoulders. Side vents at the hem.
