Maison Cashmere - anyone buys from there

Hi, I got my eye on a pair of merino & cashmere jogging trousers from Maison Cashmere but I have never used them before so not sure what to expect. What's the quality and sizing like? Are they OK for returns?

The website looks promising and they're saying all the right things but I'm nervous about ordering from somewhere I never heard of before.

I have a dressing gown from here that was a Xmas present a few years ago. The quality is lovely and sizing true to size in that product at least.

It’s getting silly being obsessed with a pair of joggers, keep lovingly going back to see them on the site but don’t want to make an expensive mistake.

I would absolutely avoid. I ordered a cardigan for my husbands birthday and they didn’t post by the date they said they would. They then ignored my emails for six weeks and it took me threatening them through MasterCard to get a refund. No apology.

I ordered the 2nd of january 2023 and I’m still waiting. They do not reply to any of my mails, and I’m beginning to think Maison cashmere is a scam!

I would avoid also - I bought two sweaters from there last year and the quality was terrible. Pilled very badly and lost shape almost immediately. No one responds to emails.

I would avoid too. I spent 500euro + with them this Christmas and nothing has been delivered so far.

I started the thread a few years ago, never bit the bullet to buy those joggers that I was so in love with. So sorry to hear so many of you had terrible experiences from them. I hope you get your items/money back.

It such a shame, they have great looking clothes and say the right things, but clearly can't make it work for actually delivering.
