Crap hair help

I have really crappy hair.
Hard to describe it. It's chin length, very very fine, quite thin (stress induced hair loss), mid to dark blonde with big patch of grey almost white on top of my head.

I sound like I prize Blush

The colour actually isn't too bad as the grey is almost white and I look sort of highlighted.

It's just so fine and looks meh. Can only really have a straight cut as any layering doesn't work and looks shit and fluffy/frizzy as it's so fine.

Is there any hope??

I'm a fine one to talk. i have two inches of grey now and my hair is dark brown and long. I have finally decided to give in to the grey, and am currently plaiting it at one side. It is not my best look.

When I have talked about grey hair on here other ladies suggested getting grey highlights to blend the grey in which Imight do when the grey/white is longer and the length is cut shorter. You could do this now ?

I thi k with very fine hair thst there isnt that much of the key is to blow dry with lots of volume at the roots try using a tound brush or babyliss big hair once the hair is part dry. The colour sounds nice. Learning to blow dry your hair well makes a world of difference. Have youvever had it dried at a salon and did you like it then?

Have you tried supplements? I’ve always been a bit sceptical of Perfectil etc but recently started a thyroid support multivitamin (I take one made by Nutri Advanced) as I am hypothyroid and a great side effect has been growing new hair! My hair was always fine and thin and is now about 20% thicker at the top where the new hair has come in.
