Beautiful wool coats?

I'm looking for a beautiful wool coat - kind of slouchy and comfy but not massively oversized, a Toast-type look I guess but not bulky. I'm a 10-12, a bit short. Ideally it would have some kind of waist and be below £200, but am flexible on both points.

Can anyone help?

max & co (but size down) - they are same group of brands as max mara and if I recall correctly the same wool is used for both. Jigsaw is also great (but they are not doing well, so wait for the imminent sale).

Agree with @AnaViaSalamanca, the Max Mara brands do woolen coats really well. I have one and it’s gorgeously soft, drapes perfectly and can be dressed up or down. I also have one from The Curated which is probably the same quality material but cheaper.

Both would cost more than budget, but personally I’d rather spend that £200 on a really good quality second hand one (I got my Max Mara for example second hand but it still had the tags on!) than on a mediocre new one so if you don’t mind second hand it’s definitely worth looking.
