I'm considering buying a jacket from their closing down sale but I have never heard of them. Has anyone had any experience of them?

Don't order from them! Like the Trustpilot reviews I'm going through a PayPal dispute for a coat that they say was delivered but was not.

Thanks. That's a definite no then!

I fell for this scam too. And I normally only ever shop at Boden or M&S!

Ive just been scammed by Peekachill. I thought I was ordering from an English website as delivery was between 5-7 days for a sheepskin lined parka, perfect for dog walking. It was, in actual fact, from China. I stupidly didn't read reviews first, which I usually always do. You receive an email confirming your purchase. Eventually you receive another email with a tracking number. 5 weeks later, after many emails from me to them asking the whereabouts of my jacket, I receive another email saying that my local delivery depot of Royal Mail have received my parcel and have delivered it. After a trip to my local post Office Depot, they advise that the parcel with that tracking number didn't have my address on it and had been delivered elsewhere. unfortunately, they have done their job correctly and I have to contact the sender, which I have done. And yes, you've guessed it, I have heard nothing back. this is a total scam. I have reported it to the Action Fraud Team, which I suggest everyone that has been scammed by this company does. They then close the website of "Peekachill" and will open another with a different 'special offer' and sell to other unsuspecting purchasers. If I purchase anything else online in future, I will pay with a credit card instead of a debit card as at least I will have more chance of getting my money back.

NO!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! This company is a complete scam - they'll take your money but send you nothing! And then when you complain to PayPal, they claim to have proof that you received the item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, and tell your friends.

For all those people who have been scammed through Peekachill and denied dispute through PayPal I feel so strongly that I have emailed PAYPAL direct to let them know that they are also being scammed and that they are supposed to protect their customers not reward the scammers. Not sure if it will help but feel so let down and will definitely double check any purchase again.
