Winter wear ...

Right this year I have a very outdoorsy 20 month old and I'd rather stay in front of the fire ...

Where do I get the warmest hat and gloves available.... and probably thermal socks ?

I've got a warm coat to my knees so all set for that..

Sorry for the boring post ... this isn't probably about style haha !

These sound good, www.gooutdoors.co.uk/15902989/heat-holders-ladies-ski-gloves-15902989
It's worth looking at the rest of the site as they sell all sorts of outdoorsy stuff.

Uniqlo heattech extra warm tops are amazing. I spend a lot of time outdoors in winter and if I'm wearing one of these, a jumper, my down winter coat, hat and gloves and my Sorel winter boots I stay cozy and warm.

Layers are always warmest.

These glove liners here with a pretty pair of any kind of glove on top. Will keep fingers perfectly warm even with fingerless gloves on top and you have your fingers free. If really cold (sub freezing), I use thermal mittens (Or convertible mittens) on top. then I still have a warm layer if i need to free my fingers to use my hands. Did winter in poland

These socks are surprisingly warm and bargainous. If sub zero i wear a second cotton pair underneath. Socks with cashmere are lovely if you have a healthier budget (I only know cos Asda did some cashmere mix ones one year).

Hat you can't beat wool lined with thinsulate fleece. And a hood on top to keep out wind if really cold.
