Petite coats?

I'm 5"2 and looking for a winter coat. Budget about £150. I like neutral colours, like a black or camel but like houndstooth etc. Would prefer wool or some wool content.

I've seen some I love from Mango and Zara but they are so long! Where do my fellow shorties get their coats from?
